“VH1 will not be picking up Audrina for a second season,” a spokesperson for the cable network told OnTheRedCarpet.com on Friday, September 2.

Patridge had told The Daily in a recent interview, when asked about making a second season: “No, I don’t think we are. We finished in April and I kind of decided I wanted to take some time off from reality. I want to do something more like acting or hosting.”

The reality star, who has had small parts in films such as the new movie “Honey 2,” also addressed plastic surgery rumors. Patridge became a sex symbol after she made her on-screen debut in a bikini on the first episode of “The Hills” in 2006.

He said: “They had to keep giving me steroid shots. And steroid shots blow you up. They blow your body up and, most of all, they blow your face up.

“So when I see those pictures with my face blown up, they attributed that to me and bad plastic surgery.”
